Replacement Policy Please chooses carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. If goods or parts are deemed faulty, wrongly described or are not fit for their intended purchase, we will endeavour to provide replacement parts. Full photographic evidence will be required in the event of a faulty component Returns Exclusions: Goods that are damaged during transit via courier or by non-approved removal company Any damage to product caused by accident, acts of nature, abuse, misuse ,extreme weather conditions or any act that does not fall under manufacturing faults. We have over 30 years combined experience in the industry and aware of normal wear & tear signs and that all Returns and replacements will be at our discretion. Faulty items must be notified within 14 days of purchase and returned within 21 days of purchase. Any component returned without the full complement of parts that was originally supplied with the product may be returned at customer’s expense. Unless found to be FULLY manufactory defective, not suitable for its purpose and the seller is satisfied that no further action can be taken to repair this product, the return will be organised by the seller.
